Glaston starts providing life-cycle support to TaiFin’s installed base

Starting October 1, 2024, Glaston will start providing services and spare parts to TaiFin and HEGLA-TaiFin’s installed base. Glaston Tampere in Finland will start to serve customers who run approximately 80 machines in total.

By starting to provide services for the TaiFin and HEGLA-TaiFin‘s installed base, Glaston will strengthen its capabilities in the Mobility Heat Treatment business as the majority of TaiFin customers operate in the Automotive segment. In addition, there are also TaiFin customers in other Glaston customer segments with ongoing heat treatment projects.

“Glaston has customers who also operate TaiFin machines. We started receiving customer queries to provide support for the TaiFin lines, too,” said Sasu Koivumäki, Chief Sales Officer at Glaston. “In the future, we can provide also Taifin customers with reliable, high-quality support to extend the life-cycle of their installed TaiFin lines for years to come.”
