The industrial furnaces present in Vetreria di Borgonovo, Borgonovo, Piacenza, Italy, are capable of producing up to 120 tonnes of glass per day. Now the larger of the two furnaces has just completed renovations, an event that happens every 7 years or so.

The company’s production is based on the operation of two end-port furnaces equipped with regeneration chambers and rear burners. The two furnaces have different production capacities: 60 tonnes per day and 120 tonnes per day.
The newly renovated furnace has recently returned to operation, which thanks to the synergy and expertise of the Borgonovo technical teams, will always ensure quality glass.
