When coating jumbo-size insulating glass aluminium strips with butyl coating, the length and size of the non-stick synchronous belt of the general butyl coating equipment are limited, and it is difficult to support a large-format aluminium frame on the synchronous belt.
For coating processing, LIJIANG Glass added an extension wheel to the end of the synchronous belt to lengthen the size of the entire synchronous belt, which can support large-format aluminium strips of 2.5 by 2.5 metres and higher to be placed on the synchronous belt.
This solution is perfectly suitable for coating of the second butyl sealing for large-format insulating glass.
