Neptun at Glassbuild America 2024 – A leader’s proposal

In this edition of GlassBuild America, held in Dallas, Texas, from September 30 to October 2, Neptun with its distributor MATODI will have one of the most important stands of the event, with 3 machines in operation for demos.

Come and see directly how Neptun’s products allow to accelerate performance for greater profitability.

At the Fair there will be the official launch for the American market of the third series of QUICK model vertical NC, for drilling and milling/grinding glass.

The QUICKDRILL-T10 and QUICK2-T10 are the pinnacle of a technological journey that began ten years ago.

In 2014 Neptun launched the QUICK project. An innovative solution for drilling and milling with the aim of combining maximum productivity and precision performance with reliability, low maintenance costs and ease of use.

The Quickline was born, consisting of the QUICKDRILL drilling machine and QUICKMILL milling machine, ideal for the processing of doors, shower cubicles, refrigerated counters, balconies, shelves, wall partitions etc.

It was an immediate success, with many machines supplied all over the world to big Companies and small glaziers. No other vertical solutions could be compared in term of productivity and accuracy.

In a few years the range has expanded to include other innovative models such as QUICKDRILL T8, the high-performance drill/mill QUICK 2 T8, the jumbo-sized versions of the same, up to and the recent entry level model QUICKMILL 100.

The QUICK series 3 range launched at Glassbuild is not a simple re-styling but a new machine, which maintains all the strengths of the previous ones, enhancing them and adding new features and even more reliable components.

The new QUICK incorporates the features that have made it so successful, such as the flexibility of glass working direction, the absolute precision of axis positioning and their consistency over time thanks to the exclusive system of linear magnetic encoders, the unique feature of milling with the glass still and suction cup always positioned close to the work area.

The new series stands out for a more robust modular structure and other solutions such as:

  • Rotary magazines mounted on spindles with 10+10 positions for tool changes in less than 8 seconds
  • New more powerful liquid-cooled spindle with ISO 40 tapers for uncompromising performance on high thicknesses and for companies working 24/7
  • Wider working area and lower workable minimums than the previous series.
  • Larger use of stainless steel and anodized aluminium to eliminate any risk of rust over time.
  • Power box inserted in the machine body to reduce floor space.
  • Software with simplified interface, for rapid programming even remotely, and graphically clearer diagnostics to facilitate complete maintenance.

The T10 series is available with workable heights of 170, 220 and 280 centimetres.

Come and celebrate the 10th year Anniversary of this technological masterpiece and Neptun will grant you a ‘special deal gift.’

On display as well as the ROCK 11 AWA, the edger famous for its robustness and quality. We were the first to spread the concept of automatic positioning of the grinding wheels and thanks to our patent it remains the most reliable system on the market.

Finally the LV Top vertical washing machine will be exhibited, come and try it yourself because it is the best-selling entry level model in the USA.

Not only machines
At the fair the constant commitment of Neptun and MATODI to increase the size and competence of their team will be put on stage once again. Both for the sales consultants, who will be able to understand your needs and advise you in the best way, and for the technical service that will follow you with attention and speed to ensure that your machine is always at the top of its performance for its entire life, a team of professionals is ready for you.
