Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-2016.
The company further informs that the trading window shall remain closed from March 07, 2016 to March 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for this purpose. The trading window shall open on March 13, 2016.
