Baku Glass 2016 opens a new road to the future in the glass industry sector of the Caucasus and Caspian Sea Region 

The event presented machinery and technologies focused both on the flat/bent and hollow/container glass industries.

Baku Glass 2016, the business meeting dedicated to the glass industry held 1-2 March at the Holiday Inn Hotel Congress Centre, offered the major international suppliers of machinery and technological solutions the opportunity to get in contact with glass professionals from Azerbaijan and the Caspian Sea Region. The 35 companies taking part met visitors representing glassworks, glass processing companies, construction companies, investment companies, banks, service providers, contractors architects and designers coming from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey,  Czech Republic, Bulgaria. Among the visitors Altis Group, AzerFloat, Azersun, Baku Glass, Glass House, Glasstech, Interglass, Oniks Tashkent, STD, Trakya Glass Russia stand out.
On 1st March GPD Baku conference took place in conjunction with Baku Glass. The seminar focused on the aspects of quality, energy-efficiency, new product innovations, glass-processing and safety. High-profile speakers presented their experience and projects to an audience above all interested in the flat glass sector. Presentations will be available on the event website soon.
