Fermac to display decorating machines for the glass industry during Baku Glass 2016

Fermac will show its know-how of a service of prime importance in the hollow glass sector.

Fermac designs, manufactures and installs equipment and complete lines for decoration of hollow glass items. Its product range includes semi-automatic and automatic machines for screen printing of tumblers, bottles, jugs, cups, pots, ashtrays, perfume bottles etc, in up to 8 colours. Technologies are diverse, from consolidated screen printing with ceramic enamels, to more sophisticated UV range up tot latest development with digital ink jet decoration on odd shaped items.
Fermac initiated a complete review of its potential to penetrate new markets, developing the following strategies:
 – cooperation contracts with major companies in the glass industry, to achieve a direct local presence in world markets;
 – extension of its expertise in working fields different from that traditionally faced, such as integration of the printing process with UV inks, penetration in cosmetics and perfumes with a full range of linear or rotary machines, development of angular registration and quality control with linear cameras, and more.
 – analysis and implementation of a customer-service satisfaction, which allows to deal with new operational problems and propose solutions targeted for the customers.
Fermac has a flat structure which shows a great flexibility and ensures extremely low response and action times. Fermac carries out its activities in 52 different countries worldwide, with more than 300 units installed and operating in different market segments.
Fermac will participate in Baku Glass together with its Russian agent Ritsteklo.
