A recent announcement from Vesuvius announced that the company’s Chief Financial Officer Chris O’Shea, is scheduled to leave in September this year.
Vesuvius Plc. has announced that Chief Financial Officer Chris O’Shea will leave the company in September 2015.
O’Shea has accepted the position of Group Finance Director for Smiths Group plc. The process of identifying O’Shea’s successor is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
A new director at Vesuvius was also appointed at its May board meeting. Tanmay Kumar Ganguly has been appointed following the resignation of Yves M.C.M.G Nokerman. Nokerman has resigned from the employment of the Vesuvius Group and hence from all the companies, including Vesuvius India Limited, where he was a director.
