Dip-Tech has a new service hub dedicated to Chinese operations, located in Shanghai and staffed by Dip-Tech’s local team.
Officials from Dip-Tech have announced that the company has opened a new service hub dedicated to Chinese operations.
The Shanghai-based service hub will operate during local hours and is staffed by Dip-Tech’s local team, providing a new level of service for customers in the region.
“The opening of new location was a natural next step due to the significant growth of the company,” said Yuval Nahum, Dip-Tech’s VP North APAC & Oceania.
He continued, “With the improved logistics and quicker response time, our customers will have shorter time to delivery to their customers which is key to customer service and generating new business.”
