C.R. Laurence has expanded its executive team with three new VPs. Chris Hanstad is now VP of Architectural Sales, Bojan Komadina is VP of Engineering, and Armando Rodriquez is VP of Production.
C.R. Laurence has expanded its executive team with the promotions of Chris Hanstad, Bojan Komadina and Armando Rodriquez to the position of vice president. Hanstad is VP of Architectural Sales, Komadina is VP of Engineering, and Rodriguez is VP of Production.
Most recently, Hanstad served as brand manager of CRL’s Architectural Railings brand, where he personally oversaw the development of the first and only glass railing system to be approved by the International Code Council. He also served as a key player managing CRL’s North American expansion projects including new and revamped service centres in South Carolina, New Jersey, and Texas.
In his new position, Hanstad will leverage his project management experience and thorough working knowledge of the construction project delivery process to facilitate project efficiencies for architects and stakeholders.
Komadina led the early development and expansion of C.R. Laurence Engineering, from a small group of engineers to a highly trained team of over 50 engineers, architects, draftsmen, and support personnel that have enabled the company to evolve from a limited product distributor to a premier manufacturer of bespoke hardware solutions for the glazing industry. Komadina also helped with the implementation of a Design Group distinct from the Production Group, which will allow former VP of Engineering Gary Sprague to focus on the imperative role of designing and developing new solutions for customers as the new VP of Design.
Rodriguez joined C.R. Laurence almost 10 years ago in a Technical Sales capacity for the Architectural Metals brand, and became instrumental in production management for this critical CRL product line. His demonstrated potential and skill set saw him manage production initiatives and duties with great energy and impact, making his transition into a Vice President role a natural step for C.R. Laurence.
