In 2015, Saint-Gobain is celebrating its 350th anniversary. “One of the reasons to believe in the future is the confidence we have in our employees. To be certified as TOP Employer shows that we have the right HR strategy, which adapts easily to changing individual demands.”
“As an employer with 350 years of history, this award is another reason for us to look confidently into the future. We consistently work on improving our qualities as an employer and on meeting our employees’ demands. Being certified as “Top Employer Germany” proofs that we are on the right way and encourages us to further develop in this area,” said Dieter Babiel, HR Director for Saint-Gobain in Germany and Austria and HR Director for SG Building Distribution Deutschland.
The Top Employers Institute, based in the Netherlands, recognizes leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and which strive to continuously optimize employment practices.
