With the tremendous growth of the population in Egypt increasing by 2% annually appealing to the high demand for the real estate market and infrastructure projects including housing settlement, shopping malls, educational institutions… etc. make both the glass and aluminum industries very important sectors used in construction, furnishing and office buildings.

Five million housing and property units will be built from 2015 to 2017 in addition to delivering 250,000 housing units by the end of this year 2015, which will give a larger scale and uplift for related industries such as glass and aluminum industry to function in these projects.
More domestic and international companies and investors linked to the glass and aluminum sector will invest in the Egyptian market to meet that rising demand of the market.
It is reported by all experts that glass and aluminum consumption is rising rapidly in the Middle East; there will be huge demand for the glass industry not only in the Middle East but also in the MENA Region over the next coming years.
