A recent announcement from TIAMA – MSG&SGCC regards the settlement between the two companies on the TIAMA – MSG&SGCC I-care system.
XPAR VISION had asserted its EP 0 643 297 B1 patent in Germany, France and Spain against the TIAMA – MSG&SGCC I-care system.
During a recent meeting between the management of the parties, XPAR VISION and MSC&SGCC agreed to settle all disputes and stop all legal actions between the parties. On the basis of the settlement, TIAMA – MSC&SGCC is now free to manufacture, use, promote and sell its I-care system worldwide without restrictions.
The settlement agreement has immediate effect.
