At the upcoming edition of GPD, keynote speaker will be Scott Thomsen, President of the Global Flat Glass Group for Guardian Industries, while the High Level Automation and Quality management session will present the possibilities of the use of automation in high performance IG-production.
This year’s edition of the Glass Processing Days Conference (GPD) is approaching and, since there are only a few weeks left before the opening day, the organizers wish to inform all participants that they are required to register before the event and preferably during this month of May.
Scott Thomsen, President of the Global Flat Glass Group for Guardian Industries, will be the conference’s keynote speaker.
During the conference, the High Level Automation and Quality management session will present the possibilities of the use of automation in high performance IG-production. The session will also present first-hand information on a successful automation project. Comprehensive information will be delivered on Glass Inspection, a topic with rising importance. The impact of EU regulation for glass processing, what it is and how it will influence the industry is also presented.
