Bystronic glass: entry model for IG industrial production at China Glass

At this year’s China Glass exhibition, Bystronic glass will have on show its practical entry model for industrial insulating glass production, as well as an overview of its product range in the specialist field of architectural glass, and the pre-processing of automotive glass.

Bystronic glass will exhibit its practical entry model for industrial insulating glass production at this year’s China Glass trade fair taking place 24-27 May in Beijing. The comfort’line offers high quality manufacturing for gas-filled insulating glass units at an excellent cost/performance ratio, with excellence with high productivity, low investment costs, a compact system layout and individual expansion levels.
The comfort’line offers an inexpensive way to quickly expand insulating glass production capacities: Up to 800 gas-filled insulating gas units can be produced in rectangles or shaped formats per shift.
At China Glass, Bystronic glass will also provide an overview of its product range in the specialist field of architectural glass, as well as the pre-processing of automotive glass.
In the field of laminated glass production, the eco’lamiline, the new production line, can produce all types of laminated glass in an energy-saving way – from simple constructions through to complex shaped formats with special films – all on a single system.
The best-selling Easy-Lift has been inspiring customers from the glass processing industry with its rigid guidance and its own low dead weight since 1998. In recent years, the handling equipment has also gradually established itself with large window manufacturers as it is extremely flexible in terms of frame design, easily meeting their needs.
With the champ’speed, Bystronic glass has introduced a completely new generation of machinery for the pre-processing of automotive glass. It is now also available in the champ’speed 2in1 version, the first machine in the world that can break automotive glass with or without a template on a single machine.
