Prior to this, Luck managed client projects of Oerlikon for the planning and installation of lamination lines (PECVD-, PVD-technology) for the TFT LCD industry in Asia. During his time at EMS Luck’s main focus was on engineering, design and start-up of factories for the manufacture of high-performance polymers. Besides many years of foreign assignment in the US, the mechanical engineer gained experience in a joint-venture with Japanese business partners. Luck studied mechanical engineering (field: process technology) in Chur/Switzerland and economic sciences (focus on management and marketing) in Zurich, and St. Gallen.
With immediate effect Luck manages the technology and product innovation sector at Bürkle.
