H.B. Fuller names Chief Technology and Innovation Officer

Hassan H. Rmaile, previously with Ashland Incorporated, has joined H.B. Fuller Company as chief technology and innovation officer. Rmaile holds a PhD in Chemistry from Florida State University, a MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware and a BS in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.

H.B. Fuller Company has announced that Hassan H. Rmaile has joined the company as chief technology and innovation officer. Rmaile, of Wilmington, Del., comes to H.B. Fuller from Ashland Incorporated, where he most recently served as vice president of R&D platforms in the company’s Specialty Ingredients commercial unit. He also recently co-led the integration of the technology groups as part of the ISP acquisition by Ashland. Prior to that, he served in roles of increasing responsibility, including global business director of regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Food and Personal Care) and global industry manager, Pharmaceuticals, at Ashland Aqualon Functional Ingredients. Hassan joined Ashland as part of the Hercules Incorporated acquisition in 2008.
Rmaile’s global leadership experience includes: managing platform developments that supported the growth strategy, research and development, process engineering, global product management and coordinating the leadership of 20 global labs. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from Florida State University, a MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware and a BS in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
