Kaspiysk float glass plant: construction continues according to schedule

A target meeting chaired by the vice premier of the republican Government Rizvan Gazimagomedov took place at the end of June with the main topic being the commissioning schedule to keep the construction project of the Kaspiysk float glass plant proceeding smoothly. Participants at the meeting considered issues related to the constriction and commissioning of gas distribution substations and transmission lines. Specialists of the Office of Capital Construction of the Government RD reported on their work and made suggestions to optimize the infrastructure costs of the construction site. All proposals were agreed to be further submitted for coordination to all project participants, in particular gas and electricity suppliers. The construction of an operational railway line to be fully completed by August 2012 was also announced.
“In general, the meeting was held in a constructive manner, and planned schedules have been maintained, in some areas, even ahead of time,” the press service official said.
