Glaston: sale of Tampere factory property continues

Glaston Corporation, an international glass technology company and a pioneer in glass processing technology, signed an undertaking on the sale and leaseback of its factory property complex located in Vehmainen, Tampere, Finland, in January 2012. The sale of said property is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.

In January 2012, Glaston Corporation signed an undertaking on the sale and leaseback of its factory property complex located in Vehmainen, Tampere, Finland. At that point Glaston believed that the sale would be completed during the first half of 2012.
As negotiations on the sale of the property continue, the sale will not be completed during June 2012. Glaston believes that the sale will be completed by the end of 2012.
