MYANGLASS 2018 will take place 16-18 November 2018
Taking place in November this year, MYANGLASS 2018 has received the official support of the Myanmar Engineering Society for this 2018 edition of the event.
MYANGLASS 2018, Myanmar’s International Glass & Glass Technology Exhibition, has received the official support of the Myanmar Engineering Society (MES). The Expo will take place at the MEP Mindama, Yangon 16-18 November 2018.
Originally formed in 1916 as The Burma Engineering Congress, the Association was restructured in 1995 to Myanmar Engineering Society. The MES has over 60,740 members and 303 corporate member companies. The Association is purposed to enable Myanmar engineers and architects to actively participate in the development and dissemination of engineering and architectural knowledge and nation-building tasks. In order to assist in the transformation of Myanmar into a modern and developed nation, the Association also conducts courses for young industry professionals to produce technical manpower that is well-informed and resourceful.
Featuring more than 200 international and local companies with country Pavilions representing Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, India, the Expo is expected to attract over 10,000 trade visitors. MYANGLASS 2018 is purposed to provide a platform for industry professionals to get updated on the latest issues and development, build valuable business contacts and partnerships and gain insights on new technologies in the industry. The most comprehensive platform to showcase business to the Myanmar market, the three-day event will cover a wide range of events, such as an international exhibition, technical symposiums and conferences.
