Fuyao Group will reportedly spend USD 200 million for the construction of an automobile glass production plant in Kaluzhskaya, Krasnodar Krai, western Russia. The first phase of the plant is scheduled to be operational 1 December 2012 and will reach designed capacity by February the year after. The factory, which will have an annual capacity of three million units, will initially process glass produced in China, and will produce safety glass in the following stage.
