Plansee has announced that the portfolio of its division Plansee High Performance Materials have been concentrated into five business units, thus, says the company, focusing its organization on markets and industry more effectively. In the course of this restructuring process, Plansee Metall GmbH was fully merged into Plansee SE as of 1 March 2011. As of 1 March, all existing legal agreements and contracts of Plansee Metall have been taken over by Plansee SE, including all rights and duties. Exiting bank data for Plansee Metall will remain the same for Plansee SE, along with all other contact data (contact partners, phone numbers, email).
