The NSG Group has appointed Clemens Miller as president, Building Products Worldwide, where he will be responsible for all matters relating to the operation and performance of the NSG Group“s global Building Products business. Miller succeeds Mark Lyons, who has been appointed CFO for NSG Group. Lyons will be responsible for the group“s finance function, including corporate, operational and business line finance. Lyons and Miller will handover responsibilities on 29 June. Clemens, who joined Pilkington in 1992 from the steel industry, will be based in Germany. He has managed the Group“s Fire Protection and Solar Energy businesses and was appointed managing director, Building Products Europe, in 2007. Since April 2010, he has been vice president of Commercial and Solar Energy Products.
