The complete contents of the manufacturing facility of Barber Glass Industries, located in Collingwood, Ontario, are being liquidated by the Danbury Group located in Toronto. Earlier in February, an Ontario Court approved a motion made by Grant Thornton Ltd., the court-appointed receiver of Barber Glass, to auction off the assets of the company“s facilities in Collingwood and Guelph, Ontario. The equipment and machinery being sold include a laminated glass production line, an autoclave, water-jet cutting equipment, a loading and cutting line, vertical seaming equipment, a tempering furnace, edging equipment, insulating glass machinery, a coating line, as well as racks, carts, lifting equipment and much more. The equipment is for sale by immediate private negotiation and a viewing appointment is required. The contents of the Guelph facility will be auctioned in March by Asset Engineering.
