MSC and SGCC are global providers of inspection solutions for the glass container industry. In February 2008, MSC and SGCC joined their corporate strength in the Tiama group. For three years now, the two companies MSC and SGCC have been pooling their know-how and experience of quality control. On 1 January 2011 MSC and SGCC are taking the next logical step by merging completely and becoming a single company called MSC & SGCC. On this date, the two brands: MSC; SGCC will be definitively replaced by MSC & SGCC. The new MSC & SGCC firm operates two facilities in France: Vourles (Lyon, the headquarters) and Gennevilliers (Paris premises) and has subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, Russia, China and the US. MSC & SGCC is also organized to ensure a strong presence in all of its markets with technical presence and local partners based in Middle-East, North and South America regions.
