During its meeting on 13 November 2010, the board of Sezal Glass accepted the resignation of company directors Mitil Chokshi and Vimla M. Shah. R. Rengrajan and Hasmukh Shah have been appointed as independent directors of the company in their place. During the same meeting, the board also decided to increase the authorised share capital of the company from existing INR 45 crore to INR 60 crore.
