Edgetech I.G. announced the promotion of Jim Smith to lead production supervisor at its Cambridge, Ohio, headquarters, taking on additional responsibilities for the performance and management of production operations. Smith has been a production supervisor for 14 of his 15 years with Edgetech. Jim is very knowledgeable of Edgetech“s culture and continuous improvement environment, including our lean principles, production management and our goals and objectives, said Todd Haney, director of operations for Edgetech. He is an invaluable resource to our associates and staff, and is dedicated to keeping Edgetech a world-class company. This promotion is well deserved. Smith“s promotion was effective 1 April 2010.
