Sun Capital Partners, Inc. has announced that one of its affiliates has acquired Arch Aluminum & Glass Company (Arch) by means of a sale under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Arch, one of North America“s largest architectural glass and aluminium fabricators and distributors of architectural aluminium, extrusions, insulated, tempered, mirrors, laminated, and decorative glass, is headquartered in Tamarac, Florida, Arch operates 28 facilities in 15 states and Canada and employs over 1,700 people. The company serves the USD 5.8 billion North American architectural glass industries and provides products and services to more than 4,000 customers in the commercial and residential construction markets.
