As part of the strategy to constantly improve the quality of its products and service, OMCO International has implemented a group-wide UKAS compliant Quality Management System (QMS). This has resulted in certification to ISO 9001:2008 being granted in December 2009. According to Colin Webster, Group Quality Manager, the QMS will form the foundation for a consistent quality standard in all sites throughout the group. OMCO International was established in Belgium in 1964. Over the years, OMCO has become a group of seven manufacturing plants that supply a full range of glass container moulds and accessories to glass plants throughout the world.
