Xinyi Glass has announced that a verdict has been issued by a jury in the United States District Court to its subsidiaries for infringements of certain patents held by Saint-Gobain in the US. According to the verdict, Xinyi“s units must pay damages to Saint-Gobain for USD 10.94 million, along with legal costs and penalty damages to be determined by the judge.
