Window Widgets will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Glassex @ Interbuild show with the latest developments to Werbar, an innovative window energy reinforcement bar. Alongside on a split stand will also be a number of consumables, accessories and systems for the glass and glazing industries. Werbar is made from 100% recycled materials and has been engineered to fit in nearly all of the UK“s major PVCu window and door systems. With the recent increase in the cost of high specification glass, Werbar is proving to be the most cost effective tool in developing energy rated windows with increases of up to 9 points over steel. Window Widgets is a BFRC accredited simulator and as such is building a comprehensive database of system related results that fabricators will be able to view at the show. In addition, a new fluted and imposing looking cornerpost and coupling system will be launched. The “Pilaster“ range will enable conservatories built with 70mm frames to benefit from a very distinctive period look, it“s the perfect opportunity to add a design flourish to any conservatory or orangery. Also on display will be a range of “widgets“ which the company has built itself upon to include a system related range of frame fixing lugs. Dan Gill, managing director comments: There“s still a great deal to see at the show and we as ever have a lot to shout about. We“re continually developing new products and solutions at a time when many companies seem to have slowed down as the launch of Werbar has shown. Visitors to the show will be offered a number of free sample packs including system specific ones for Werbar on stands C22 and C26.
