During the second quarter of 2009, Crystal Bohemia (Czech Republic) acquired bankrupt Czech Republic glassmaker Sklarny Bohemia (SB) (Podebrady, Czech Republic), for CEK 61 million. The sale of SB, former member of the Bohemia Crystalex Trading bankrupt glass group (Czech Republic), was agreed at the end of April 2009 by the Municipal Court in Prague.
