Vitro S.A. announced that its subsidiary Vimexico, S.A. de C.V. in conjunction with the members of Prada family and Invergar Participaciones Inmobiliarias, S.L., partners in the company“s Spanish subsidiary Vitro Cristalglass, S.L., agreed to establish 10 January 2009 as the new closing date for the acquisition by Vimexico of 40% of the shares the partners hold in Vitro Cristalglass, S.L. The transaction is estimated at EUR 31 million.
