FLABEG Holding GmbH, a Nuremberg, southern Germany-based manufacturer of automotive mirrors and glass products, has acquired all of the shares of Naugatuck Glass, a US-based manufacturer of flat glass, mirror, metal, and commercial optical components, from integrated medical laboratory company Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. The deal was completed on 6 June 2006.
