Taiwan Glass Industry Corp said it bought a cumulative 3.37 million shares of Formosa Plastics Corp. at an average price per share of TWD 91.11 during the period 11-31 March 2008. The company now holds 32.04 million Formosa Plastics shares, or a 0.56% stake, accumulated at a cost of TWD 1.43 billion, it said in a filing to the stock exchange.
