China Glass Holdings Ltd said its indirect unit, Better Rise Group Ltd., has entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 43.8% stake in Beijing Qinchang Glass Co. Ltd. that it does not currently own. The total consideration for the purchase of the stake is CNY 49.8 million, the company said. Better Rise, which currently controls 56.2% of Beijing Qinchang, is wholly owned by JV Investments, in turn owned 43.22% by China Glass.
