GMIC: new Career Center for job posters and seekers

The new GMIC Career Center offers opportunities for employers and job seekers

GMIC has developed its new Career Center with updated features for employers and job seekers.

The new GMIC Career Center offers opportunities for employers to list vacant positions. The job posting feature has been tailored to meet the needs of employers who may be looking for one or more specific candidates.
Job seekers can now ‘at-a-glance’ see vacant positions in the industry as jobs are now featured on the Career Center landing page. Job seekers now have the ability to utilize a wide variety of resume services that may enhance their resume and make their resume stand out to attract potential employers.
The GMIC Career Center now offers ‘job flash’, a three level email blast to glass manufacturing professionals to increase candidates by up to 500%. Job Flashes attract diverse, veterans and more candidates for your employee recruiting process.
Employers can now search resumes and Pay-Per-Prospect. Complete resumes can be reviewed free of charge. If employers find candidates they are interested in, they can submit their interest to them.
Now listed on the Career Center landing page, job seekers have the ability to search jobs by key word and state.
Job seekers can upload their resume free of charge and utilize the Feature Services which offers resume writing tips, interview preparation, news articles and ‘ask the experts’ as well as other winning features.
