At Intermac’s recent Open House – with the name You+Tech Glass – Glass-Technology International had the chance to speak to some of the key people involved in the growth and expansion of this company and its important group – Biesse, which is celebrating 50 years of activities this year.
New products on show at the event were not only part of Intermac’s tried and tested ranges, but also branching out into new areas with the launch of the Aqua range of vertical washing machines, working in-line with Vertmax work centres.
Diamut’s extensive range of tool is now even more complete with cup wheels, on show at the event, guaranteeing high speed, long working life and top-level finishing.
Intermac’s response to tomorrow’s glassworks is the Master Loader robot which guarantees the automation of the entire process in glassworks.
Movetro’s products are also an integral part of this digitalization, with automatic handling systems.
Last but not least, Sophia, Intermac’s IoT service system, providing information and data in real time regarding machinery present in glassworks worldwide.
