The Delhi-based Asahi Indian Safety Glass Ltd (AISGL) is to form a joint venture with Map Auto for distribution of its products. The new venture would be known as Asahi India Map Auto Glass Ltd. AISGL would make trade investment in the company formed with one of its distributors and hold 50% of the capital (one lakh shares), the company said in a notice to Bombay stock exchange. The remaining 50% holding in the joint venture would be subscribed by Map Auto.
