UK investors Investcorp and Chase Capital Partners now hold a 96.6% stake of German firm Gerresheimer Glas AG. This follows an initial purchase by the London-based duo of 73% of shares in May and the remainder through a voluntary tender completed in July. Gerresheimer has divested most of its food and beverage container divisions to concentrate on the high-quality segments of pharmaceutical and laboratory glassware, cosmetics and miniature glass.
