Harmon AutoGlass is a subsidiary of the Minneapolis-based Apogee Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the manufacture, installation and distribution of glass and aluminum for the construction, automotive and consumer markets. In the fiscal year ended March 1, 1999, Apogee reported consolidated sales of US$ 793 million.
