Groupe Bocenor Inc. of Canada said it has acquired Multiver Ltd., a maker of sealed glass units for the window and door industry, the glazing market and major industrial and commercial building contractors, for an undisclosed amount. In a news release, Bocenor said Multiver is the only supplier in Canada and one of two in North America to use the “Comfort Seal” divider, a technology that provides superior energy performance to the sealed unit. Bocenor said Multiver“s annual sales are about C$ 22 million, with 15% coming from the US. Multiver operates three plants in the Quebec City region.
