According to a recent report, shareholders of Portuguese glass company Barbosa & Almeida have approved a Euros 7.5 million capital increase, which follows the acquisition of its Spanish counterpart Vidriera Leonesa (Vilesa). Since September 22, Barbosa & Almeida has controlled 57.4% of Vilesa following its takeover bid.
