Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. (NSG) announced that Mr. Yuji Takei, External Director retired on February 27, 2020.
On the same day, he also retired from the position of Director at Japan Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd., which is a holder of Class A Shares issued by NSG.
After Mr. Takei’s retirement, the number of External Directors on NSG’s Board is five.
