Henry F. Teichmann has announced that it has acquired E.W. Bowman. Together, the two companies will provide more engineering, project and annealing solutions.
Glass industry engineer and contractor Henry F. Teichmann, Inc. announced on 26 May 2017 that it had acquired glass annealing lehr manufacturer E.W. Bowman, Inc.
Teichmann and Bowman have both served the glass industry worldwide for decades. This year, Teichmann is also celebrating its 70 years of excellent engineering and contracting services to the glass industry.
Jointly, Teichmann and Bowman will provide more engineering, project and annealing solutions to the glass industry across the world.
Both Teichmann and Bowman are located in Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania, US.
