Job description
- Responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machine
- Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for customers
- Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Job requirements
- Graduate from vocational school in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solved ability
- Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service
- Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired
- Native speaker and good English communication
