AVANTI Windows & Doors as leading manufacturer and installation contractor of vinyl window and door systems throughout the South & Southwest, knew to reach out to SOFTSOLUTION when the time for quality inspection at their new Erdman IG line came up. Avanti already uses a LineScanner on another one of their Erdman lines for patio doors.
The new, recently installed LineScanner provides Avanti with an automatic, reliable way of inspecting glass without the need of an operator. This is a first-of-its-kind line for Erdman and it allows AVANTI to produce IG units using duraseal spacers at a high rate of speed. This new line can produce standard rectangular units as well as shapes.
Avanti produces and installs windows for single-family homebuilders, within the Phoenix, Prescott, Tucson, Las Vegas, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Fresno, and Sacramento markets. Avanti sets the standard for providing window products and installation services for the Big Builder customer. Window & Door Magazine awarded Avanti with the 2018 Dealer of the Year Award: Excellence in Installation.
