The year 2022 is a special time for Press Glass: 30 years ago the company started its operations and today it is celebrating this wonderful jubilee together with its employees. It is all the more attractive that the thirtieth anniversary of Press Glass’ operations also coincides with the celebration of the International Year of Glass announced by the United Nations.
At the end of March a unique online event, open to all Press Glass facilities in Europe and the USA, to celebrate the 30th anniversary took place. Thanks to the available technology, the company was able to deliver its message directly to nearly 5,000 employees who work in 15 plants located in Poland, Great Britain (Glass Systems), Croatia, Lithuania and the United States.
The motto of the online conference was “Future begins today”. As part of the conference, Press Glass employees could, amon other things, learn about plans for the future, get to know better the owner of Press Glass, president Arkadiusz Muś, as well as get to know other Press Glass plants from the inside thanks to short video reports prepared by the employees themselves.
As Arkadiusz Muś pointed out, “Press Glass’s success is a combination of several factors: people, place, time, determination and happiness, but most of all the free market”. As part of the online event, a special thanks from President Muś was addressed to employees.
The broadcast of the event also featured statements from the employees themselves, who talked about the company’s values and selected initiatives at Press Glass on a wide forum.
