Ensure the even loads in both transversal and longitudinal directions on the rollers of the glass tempering furnace, the number of glass sheets placed for each batch must match the heating capacity of the glass tempering machine. The placement of the glass and the space between the pieces shall be distributed evenly.
- The heating area in the glass tempering furnace is divided into many small heating sections. Each heating section is individually controlled by the system. There will always be glass absorbing heat in the central heating area of the tempering machine. Therefore, the heating power or the heating temperature in the centre area of the heating chamber should be set higher accordingly.
