Starting on April 01, 2023, Dr. Andrea Frenzel (52) will become the newest member of the SCHOTT AG Board of Management, succeeding Hermann Ditz (63), who will enter his well-deserved retirement.
Dr. Frenzel is currently President of the Intermediates Operating Division at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen. At SCHOTT, she will be assuming responsibility on the Board of Management for three business units and two overarching corporate functions, for which Mr. Ditz was previously responsible.
